Your Family Away From Home

Welcome to the Fleet and Family Support Center at NAS Lemoore!  Our mission is to support the military’s operational readiness by providing a wide range of services and assistance that respond to personal and family needs and that positively impact the quality of life for our service members and their families. The FFSC is here to be your family away from home. 


Our Clinical section offers professional, experienced and licensed clinicians that provide individual, marital, family and parent-child counseling services.  Counseling is short-term, confidential and at no cost to you.  The FFSC offers a one-stop source for those seeking an appointment--call Centralized Scheduling at 866-923-6478.

Our Work and Family Life section offers classes and workshops on a wide variety of useful topics in the areas of Personal Finance Management, Relocation, Life Skills, Relationships/Marriage, Ombudsman Training, IA/Deployment, Transition Assistance and Career Preparation/Exploration.  Our in-house Career Center is equipped with computers, printers and reading materials in order to educate and prepare job seekers for their resume writing and job interviews.   

Our Family Advocacy Program (FAP) promotes readiness by restoring the emotional balance in military families.  FAP members help families to develop problem management and coping skills, and assists commands in their role of responding to family violence.  FAP consists of Victim Advocacy, a Domestic Violence Men’s Group and Women’s Support Group.  To report abuse confidentially, call the 24/7 FAP hotline at 559-469-5061.

Our Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (SAPR) Program aims to promote proactive awareness and prevention education regarding sexual assault, with a goal of minimizing risk.  SAPR provides victim advocacy intervention, comprehensive case management and command training.  If you or someone you know has been sexually assaulted, call the 24 hour Crisis Response Hotline at 559-318-6341.

Our New Parent Support Home Visitation Program (NPSP) provides free, voluntary, and confidential home visits for expectant parents and parents with children up to the age of 3 years.  During a home or office visit, the NPSP will provide guidance regarding normal growth and development of your child and will address any common concerns regarding issues such as breastfeeding, sleeping, nutrition, and behavior management.
